HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY ORDER IN THE MAIL?

please allow approximately 1 week for us to make your personalized jewelry. this does not include shipping/transit time, which varies by location and shipping method.

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE THE BACK OF THE MY NECKLACE?

most of our pieces can be personalized on the backside. please purchase the "add on backside engraving" listing which can be found in our A LA CARTE section.

DO YOU SHIP TO ANYWHERE?

we do ship to most countries.

WILL THE LETTERS ON MY JEWELRY BE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT?

nope, each piece is hand stamped which means your jewelry is one of a kind and won't look like anyone else's!

WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE WITH?

each product description will provide details about the metal used to create the piece. we use a wide range of metals, all of which are high quality and very sturdy!

I NEED MY NECKLACE FAST! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

the best option for faster arrival is to choose the Priority Mail shipping method during check out. this way, your item[s] will arrive in 1-3 business days after shipment.

MY NECKLACE ISN'T WHAT I EXPECTED, WHAT DO I DO?
